Partnering for Better Patient Outcomes

We know continuity of care is essential—that’s why we keep referring providers updated with detailed patient notes, ensuring a collaborative approach to healing.

When you come to us, we focus solely on treating the wound. Your clinic or agency retains full oversight of all other aspects of the patient’s care—we’re here to support, not replace.

If you’re referring from a primary care physician’s office and your patient needs additional Home Health services, we’ll coordinate with our trusted partners to ensure they receive the full care they need.

Advanced Wound Care, Tailored to You

Every wound is unique, and so is our approach to healing. We offer specialized treatments—including advanced wound dressings, negative pressure therapy, compression therapy, and infection control—to promote faster recovery and prevent complications. Whether you’re dealing with chronic wounds, post-surgical healing, or complex infections like osteomyelitis, our expert team provides the care you need, right where you need it.

At CTV Wound Care, every patient receives a personalized care plan during their initial appointment, designed to promote optimal healing in the most efficient time frame possible.

Arobella Wound Debridement uses advanced low-frequency ultrasound technology to gently and effectively remove necrotic tissue, bacteria, and biofilm from wounds. This non-invasive treatment promotes faster healing, reduces infection risk, and enhances patient comfort. Ideal for chronic and acute wounds, Arobella’s innovative approach supports optimal wound care with precision and safety.

Preventing and managing infections is critical to wound healing. Our specialized infection control treatments target bacterial growth, reduce complications, and promote recovery. We also provide advanced care for osteomyelitis (bone infections), ensuring effective treatment to prevent further complications and support overall healing.

Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), also known as Wound Vac Therapy, uses controlled suction to remove excess fluid, reduce swelling, and promote faster healing. This advanced treatment is highly effective for complex and chronic wounds, helping to improve circulation and prevent infection.

Compression therapy helps manage edema and improve blood flow by applying controlled pressure to the affected area. This treatment is essential for conditions like venous ulcers, lymphedema, and chronic swelling, promoting better circulation and supporting wound healing.

Bioengineered Skin Cell Substitutes are advanced wound care therapies designed to mimic natural skin, promoting healing in chronic and complex wounds. These innovative substitutes provide essential cellular components, growth factors, and structural support to accelerate tissue regeneration, reduce infection risk, and improve patient outcomes. Ideal for burns, diabetic ulcers, and other hard-to-heal wounds, they offer a cutting-edge solution for advanced wound management.

We use cutting-edge wound dressings designed to promote faster healing, prevent infections, and enhance comfort. From antimicrobial and moisture-balancing dressings to specialized solutions for chronic wounds, our expert team selects the best option for your unique needs.

Proper nutrition plays a vital role in wound healing, as key nutrients such as protein, vitamins C and A, and zinc support tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance immune function. A well-balanced diet promotes collagen production and cell regeneration, accelerating the healing process and minimizing the risk of infection. Our wound care-certified physicians provide comprehensive nutritional guidance to patients during their initial consultation to optimize recovery outcomes.

A1C Control & Support focuses on helping individuals manage their blood sugar levels effectively to reduce the risk of diabetes-related complications. Through personalized strategies, including medication management, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle adjustments, this approach supports long-term glucose control. By maintaining a healthy A1C, patients can improve their overall well-being and prevent serious health issues.

Questions Patients May Have

Effective January 1st, 2025, we are pleased to announce that our coverage now extends to the entire state of Texas, Southern Oklahoma, the Atlanta Metro Area, and the Florida Panhandle.

We work with both Nurse Practitioners and Doctors, all of whom are contracted to provide advanced mobile wound care. Rest assured, every member of our team is certified in wound care to ensure you receive the highest quality of treatment.

Insurance is not required for treatment. However, please note that the patient is responsible for all treatment costs, which vary based on the complexity of the wound. Payment in full is required upfront before a provider is dispatched to the location of care.

After your approval, you will be scheduled for a visit within 24-48 hours. Our dedicated healthcare team will contact you the day before your appointment to confirm a time window during which our provider will visit you at your home.

Our approach includes conservative wound care, tailored to the individual needs of each patient by our team of nurses and doctors. For wounds that are not healing effectively, we offer advanced treatments, such as amniotic skin grafts and Arobella therapy.

The Arobella device is an advanced technology that utilizes saline to penetrate wounds at a depth of 1-2 cm painlessly. It effectively promotes healing by thoroughly removing biofilm, slough, and necrotic tissue.

Yes, we assist with providing wound care supplies for the patient. During the initial visit for all new patients, we leave additional supplies with the patient to ensure the referring facility or the patient’s home healthcare team has enough time to order supplies through a DME provider. If additional supplies are required for the patient's care, the referring facility may email or fax us a request for the necessary items. We understand that wound care supplies can be costly, and we strive to offer support whenever possible.

At CTV Wound Care, we are among the few providers that accept all health insurance plans while utilizing cutting-edge technology, including the Arobella ultrasonic debridement tool. This state-of-the-art device enhances wound healing, accelerating recovery by an average of 50% compared to traditional methods. Additionally, we take pride in our industry-leading turnaround times, ensuring a seamless process from patient approval to discharge with a fully healed wound.

In contrast to many other wound care clinics, where clinical orders may take several days—or may not be sent at all—to the referring Home Health agency, we maintain an average clinical order turnaround time of 24 hours or less. Additionally, our clinical notes are processed within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity of the wound.
